The Opportunity

Qualifications
The Analyst will leverage Hyatt's CRM platform (Braze) to ensure the error-free and timely execution of marketing campaigns. This role involves building and managing audience segments, orchestrating journeys, implementing A/B tests, and analyzing campaign performance to drive engagement and conversion. It requires strong business acumen combined with data and analytics skills to translate stakeholder objectives into systematic rules and procedures.
• Translate business requirements to build and maintain audience logic for marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Design and implement multi-channel, multi-touch journeys in collaboration with Marketing and CRM teams.
• Coordinate with template development and QA teams to ensure seamless, error-free execution of campaigns.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests, testing subject lines, message content, send times, and channel mix. Interpret results and make recommendations.
• Analyze campaign results to understand engagement and conversion performance. Develop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree with a quantitative emphasis.
• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Campaign Analytics role.
• Braze experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Braze's Audience Builder logic and ability to interpret and troubleshoot audience segmentation queries.
• Experience analyzing large transactional databases.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analysis, experimentation, and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Thoughtspot).
• High attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly QA their own and team members' work.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional workstreams, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while effectively partnering with team members and stakeholders.
Experience Preferred:
• Braze, Tableau, and/or Thoughtspot certification a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is $37.33 to $41.03. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
